Liar Liar

I hired Chrystal Daniel Henderson to represent me in June of 2022. She took my case,.after being paid, of course. She failed to tell me that she had recently been reprimanded by the bar and was facing a Big Day in Court herself for mis-conduct and the possibility of being disbarred. The legal advice ...she game me from day 1 was bogus. She was hired the day before my first court date. She told me she would have it reset.I did Not need to be there. I didn't show up and a warrent was issued. I was taken to jail when law inforcement was called to come and take me to the hospital. I was scared and confused. In Harris County jail, you are placed in solitary confinement for up to 30 days as a "COVID" precaution, I was in isolation for 14 days. Once I was moved to General population, I was finally able to contact Crystal. I never spoke to her, just her staff. She was late to my first day to go before the Judge. I was simply went back to my unit with a handful of false promises. I never saw or heard from her again. I spent 100 days in jail. The office of Henderson just kept putting my family off with lies. Crystal Henderson was going to court facing her own charges, while I sat in horror not knowing what was going on! I ended up having to plead guilty just to get out of jail. My alcohol tests came back and proved I wasn't over the legal limit, but I had Zero representation. This has bankrupted me and at 61 has taken a huge toll on my health. She is NOT allowed to practice law in Texas at the moment and she knew this was coming. She should face charges for taking my case! PERIOD!

Horrible

She told my husband to take 25 years to life in 2013. I thought I'd never see him Again. He comes home next year. I wouldn't let her represent my Grasshopper

Untimely, Unprofessional, and Lack of Communication

had to get a lawyer in the middle of my case because I felt my lawyer was incompetent. The advice she gave was unprofessional and pretty illegal. She also forced payments , barely shows up for court and if she does it will be after 10 everytime. Doesn’t take her job seriously but wants more than most... lawyers out. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE FROM THE BEGINNING. DO YOUR RESEARCH , AND DONT JUAT CHOOSE THE FIRST OPTION because you might end up changing midway or heading towards something worse than expected. With paying a lawyer you are investing in your future! If you don’t feel comfortable leave and contact the local bar association.

LEGAL SUPERHERO

I was wrongfully arrested and I was not given a bond for four months. After my family member hired Crystal Henderson, she was able to come into court in one setting and get me released the same day. She was professional, direct and did everything that she said she would do for me anymore. I highly ...recommend her if you’re looking for a criminal defense attorney.

Very unprofessional

Hired Ms.Henderson because I was referred to her by a family member. The first day meeting her she was great, but once it was time to go to court she would ALWAYS show up late and just reschedule. After this happened about 4 times she was asked “What are you being paid for?” From then on she had a t...errible attitude and stated she didn’t need the case and I was free to find another attorney.
