You have to ask yourself, how many people has she turned away that you're not aware of, and consequently, how much business does that translate into, in terms, of loss revenue and potential clients needing an outstanding attorney? (Is this lady your mother?) I'm one of those individuals who called two weeks ago on the behalf of a friend who is a victim of serious Dental Malpractice. Had we spoken, I was prepared to connect you with her, but you were silent which is disrespectful and a discredit to the people who contact you. If I took callers for granted as your GATEKEEPER does, and perhaps, others in your Practice, I would be out of business.
