Hired for a custody case. He requested a retainer which is standard practice and I paid. However from that point on he never moved forward on my case. He failed to file an appearance or any motions for my case. I requested a refund for his failure to represent he refused to return my money. Unethica...l behavior to say the least. I do not recommend this unethical attorney.
