In February of 2017, a young man at the Penn State Beta Theta Pi house engaged in pledging activities and fell down a flight of stairs while intoxicated. Little did the brothers of Beta Theta Pi know, ... he was gravely injured. Within 24 hours, he would die. Attorney Bauer began working on this case with Attorney Ambrose and the Defendant's Godfather, Attorney Sala. All major felony charges, including involuntary manslaughter and aggravated assault, were dismissed at the preliminary stage and then re-filed by the former District Attorney, Stacey Parks-Miller. The case continues to be in litigation.
