Corey Bauer practices in Houston Harbaugh's litigation practice group in the substantive areas of Business Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Cybersecurity and Data Breach Response, Employment, Trade Secret and DTSALaw® and UAS/UAV (drone) Litigation and Investigations.
The bulk of his practice is dedicated to representing clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation. He acts a litigation team lead for the firm in complex trade secret and patent litigation matters and has experience in managing all stages of litigation through trial in state and federal district courts across the country.
