We would not recommend Cody to anyone for anything

Cody did us wrong on 2 things. We agree with the other person's post he is exactly right on how Cody did us. First thing a title company did us wrong on a title search. We hired Cody help to clear title. The title did not have a problem in first place . The title company told us it was over a deed on... the property where they did not know if it was SR. Or JR that was on the deed and SR. was deceased and they could not find a probate for SR. So they required clear title. Cody did not get the file if he had he should have known it was them just trying cause us trouble. We got the file from title company 2 years later and found in the title company file they had SR. Death and he had died before property in question was ever purchased. So if Cody done his job here we would not had pay Cody $2,000. For clear title. Plus when he was trying to clear the title he put wrong address on request we pointed out to Cody asked him to change he would not correct his error. Then on it he spelled our name wrong we brought that to his attention and asked him to correct it he would not correct it. We wanted everything right and straight on all documents so never could a problem come back after us. Then the buyer of property breached his contract with us. Cody was hired but he keep having his assistant do things instead of him. They stated we had a good case we had enough evidence to prove our case. After got started with sending them things to us in court and us asking questions Cody began not answers our emails. Went on for months. We asked them to take 4 depositions to help prove our case in court with people involved they would not even take one deposition. When we got to court the assistant and Cody were doing as other person said on their phone like we're just looking at case. Then when time to present the case the assistant presented the case said very little to court and jury about all took place and our case and evidence only submitted one in court one item as evidence when had tons. The other side talk all about their defense trying make us look bad. Then when came to questioning us they could not ask or say certain things needed because they left them out in the beginning. And did not submitted the other items needed to prove our case. An email we had emailed Cody which was us talking back and forth as client and Cody as attorney for us that was protected under client and attorney Cody had given to the other side attorney and he used against us in court Cody did not object or say anything he later told us it was error in giving to him. The other attorney out of that email made fun of me for my spelling where I am sick and have hard time doing things. I was in a wheel chair Cody's assistant told me I had sit up straight was disrespectful for Judge when I was injured and hurt to sit at all. Then something funny happened in court the Judge said we did not have enough proof to go forward and dismissed the case. But Cody had lots and did not submit at trail or say anything. His assistant said very little to help our case. We asked what happened they stated they did not know and it should not have happened but we could do nothing. This caused us to loss $18,000. Plus the $2,000. For clear title we should have never lost.
