Claire Marie Lopez-Jauffret

Attorney Claire Lopez-Jauffret was raised in Lakewood, Colorado and attended University of Colorado in Boulder for her undergraduate education. There, Claire majored in International Affairs and minored in Economics and Spanish. Shortly thereafter, Claire went to DePaul University where she earned her Juris Doctorate and was admitted to practice law in Colorado in May of 2021.

Before law school, Claire focused on working with families with children in the criminal juvenile justice system. This is where she truly cultivated her passion for working with families to overcome difficult obstacles in their lives. Once Claire commenced law school, she volunteered at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic in Chicago, Illinois and participated in a legal clinic to shed light on sexual violence focused on the Anuak community in Ethiopia. Since graduating law school and passing the Bar, Claire has devoted her career to family law where she can continue to work with families through divorce and child custody cases as well as working with individuals who have experienced different forms of violence perpetrated within the home.

Claire is a talented and devoted lawyer who has significant experience representing all types of family law matters. She understands no two cases are alike and treats each individual as such. Claire is licensed to practice law in the Colorado District Courts and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. When Claire is not practicing law, she enjoys spending her time outdoors with her husband.
