Christy Mohan was recommend to me by a relative to help me out with my application for permanent residency in the USA through a family-sponsored petition and I couldn´t be more pleased with the decision to have obtained her services as my immigration attorney, both on a professional and on a personal... level. Christy was very organized and meticulous as she lead us through the immigration process, listing the necessary documentation that my relative and I both had to procure, which she rapidly analyzed and gave us feedback on, also helping us with all the forms and paperwork and taking the time to explain in detail every little step. As the experienced attorney Christy clearly is, she is also very objective in her methods, quickly identifying and focusing on what is effectively most important. She made sure I was absolutely prepared for the most decisive stages of the process, not just checking I had my documents neatly organized in a folder or that I present myself suitably, but also mentally. Both prior to the interview at the US Embassy and prior to my entrance into the USA, Christy got on the phone and went over those moments, step by step, making sure I knew what I would be faced with so there would be no loose ends. In stressful moments, even the truth can seem doubtful, so preparation and learning how stay calm and confident are essential! Christy is more than just the professional that makes sure everything is in order. She gets involved and goes out of her way to answer questions and clarify doubts. In my case, even despite the distance and time zone difference! She is also very friendly and considerate, which I was able to attest in person once I finally meet her upon my arrival in the USA. In sum, Christy is a very competent attorney and in general a great person. I am very pleased with the decision to have her as my immigration attorney and I highly recommend her!

We had an excellent experience with Christy Han Mohan. She helped my son who is living in Portugal to gain a green card as a family dependent. It would have been difficult to complete the paperwork without her. She was attentive and very prompt. She explained everything in detail and spent time br...iefing my son about what to expect in his Paris, France, final interview, Christy was always a pleasure to work with despite dealing with tedious details. I was referred to Christy by my friend because I needed help bringing my 12 year old daughter back to the USA to live with me. I talked to her about the difficulties I was experiencing bringing her here, and I felt so comfortable with Christy from the first time we met --she was very nice, gentle, an...d friendly to me. My daughter's case was so complicated -- because she had a green card but was out of the country for about 4 years--and I he r green card was in jeopardy. However, my daughter did not lose her green card because of Christy's help. Christy was able to reunite me with my daughter in America together so quickly. Christy got the US Consulate to speed up this case and from the time Christy filed the paperwork, my daughter's case was approved 20 days later. This is unbelievable. I thought it was take us like a year to get my daughter back here -- but we got her here sooner! Christy was very knowledge about everything for the case-- she prepared the paperwork, was fast, and always kept in touch with me --even when I have to go back to Thailand for my daughter interview. She is always there for us--explaining everything. I never have met any other attorney who does such good work, is so quick, and with so much attention like Christy. I'm so glad to work with her,and I can say that she is my friend. She is easy to understand and her personality is real good. She worked so hard for us. Now my daughter and I are now living together here in U.S. I'm very happy we have this day, and we wouldn't have this day with out Christy's help!!

I was working on my citizenship and was in a state of anxiety because I felt that my attorney was not properly managing my case. The result: my wife and children received their green cards in the mail today. My family is indebted to her for this outcome. I could not possibly recommend her more strongly to anyone who needs assistance with immigration. As a side note: In the mockup green card interviews Christy did with us, my 9 year old daughter was looking a Christy with goggle eyes, I could see her thinking 'I want to be like her when I grow up', and I wish she does.
