Poor lawyer

I have been with him for two years as a client. Things were good until the last few months he did not go to court for my husband's and my stay being lifted off our house and now my home is in foreclosure which was the whole reason we filed Ch. 13 he will not return my calls or texts, when asked he ju...st says it is being taken care of.
