Dear Ms. Carson, Although I always appreciate client feedback, whether positive or negative, your statement is simply not true. I received your message and attempted to contact you, however, I did not receive a return call. Unfortunately, your fees were paid to a law firm I am no longer affiliated with and a letter was sent to your attention stating such but was returned as undeliverable. Therefore, please contact me and I will be happy to give you the contact information for the firm that is currently holding your legal fees in trust. We can discuss your options further at that point. Thank you.
