I write all this even though the appeal process has not been completed nor a ruling issued, because as far as I'm concerned, he has already earned every nickel of his fee. The ruling will be what it will be but I am more than satisfied because I know he has put 150% effort into it on my behalf. He is a credit to his profession--a rare one.
