ADA Claim Defense
Mr. Knauf represented us in an ADA claim related to our website. We are a small legacy business and our website wasn't readable using specific software for potential vision-impaired website visitors. It was a plaintiff's attorney known for scouring small business websites with legacy software. He hel...

Regret going with this lawyer
I sought help from Chris Knauf after he being the only name recommended by an outside agency. (It turns out the lead attorney at the agency and Knauf knew each other and previously trialed cases together, which was fine.) I sent documents to Knauf for review, but he did not touch it at all. It was on...
I appreciate the criticisms in this review, and I only wish this client had communicated to me their frustration early on so we could have made things right. When we take a case, and the vast majority of cases are on contingency, we do our best to be up front with expectations, updated on progress, and perform excellent work. In the rare case when a client pays a retainer for a case analysis, it is made very clear that we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome. While we can always do better, I believe this client was unhappy with the result, which was an honest result after a thorough review of the facts and law.

Retainer fees are his source of income
I found Christopher Knauf to be more a salesman than an attorney. He will send you to his paralegals until he thinks you would likely become one of his targets. Once you meet up in person for the "free consultation," you would only find out that your case would actually take more time to go into, and...
While work for clients does sometimes take a long time, and we could improve our promptness, the remainder of this review is entirely untrue and mean-spirited. In the rare case when a client pays a retainer for a case analysis, it is made very clear that we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome. It is unfortunate that a client chooses to take out their frustration in an anonymous online review.

The highest degree of professionalism, and extraordinary respect and concern for folks with disabilities.
Throughout the process of the entire case, Mr. Knauf consistently demonstrated the highest level of skills and professionalism which I have ever expected from anyone. As a Marine Corps veteran I expect a lot in that regard. This is especially true when it comes to my fiancé, who is profoundly De...

"Chris is a fantastic lawyer and a fantastic person. There is no one I know that gives more attention to details than Chris. I heartily endorse him."
