I'm Christopher M. Johnson, founder of NebraskAttorney, a virtual-first law firm serving clients in all 93 Nebraska counties. I earned my J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar in 2014.
Over the past 12 years, I've built a practice that spans both general civil work and public service. I've served as County Attorney for both York County and Polk County, prosecuting cases and advising local government on a wide range of legal matters. That experience took me into the courtroom regularly — I've handled dozens of bench trials and more than half a dozen jury trials, giving me trial-tested judgment that shapes how I advise every client, whether we ever see a courtroom or not.
Today, NebraskAttorney focuses on estate planning, business law, elder law, real estate law, litigation, and fractional general counsel services for growing companies. I've practiced in person in more than 66 of Nebraska's 93 counties and, through a tech-first, virtual-first approach, reach even more of the state remotely. Wherever you are in Nebraska, from the Panhandle to Omaha, you can get direct access to an experienced attorney without the drive to a downtown office.
Outside the office, I'm a husband and father of four, and I spend a lot of my free time coaching youth sports — wrestling most of all. That's shaped how I practice law: I bring the same patience, directness, and long-term investment to clients navigating consequential decisions that I bring to coaching kids.
If you're looking for a Nebraska attorney who combines courtroom experience, government service, and a statewide, tech-first approach to legal work, I'd welcome the chance to talk

Execellent job
I was in need of a attorney for a traffic citation I had received traveling through Hamilton County. Mr Johnson was contacted and took my case. Mr Johnson was very professional and handle my case in a very timely manner. He did a great job and I would recommend him for any of your legal needs.
Thank you, Anonymous. I believe I know exactly who you are - it was a pleasure to work with you and with your father to help you out. Please let me know if there is ever anything else I can do for you!
