Christa McCann has successfully litigated and negotiated several multi-million dollar cases on behalf of clients who were injured or killed by the negligence of another, including a $3.5 million recovery for a client who suffered a mild traumatic brain injury in an automoblile versus bicycle accident, a $1.5 million arbitration award in a wrongful death case brought on behlf of the surviving adult children of a 63-year-old woman killed in an auto accident in Fort Myers, and a $1.7 million recovery for a client who suffered spinal injuries in a collision caused by a driver of a commercially owned vehicle.
