too busy to care
Was advised by this attorney to file a Chapter 13 and followed his advice and instructions. He seemed to have no time for my calls after collecting his fees. Learned later he filed the chapter 13 for me but due to some "glitch" had to re-file after I had been paying on the payment plan for 2 years...
