Replied last June 13, 2018I’m sorry the jury found you guilty after a two day trial. As I warned you, trials aren’t sure things or “no brainers”. As for breath mints, one’s mouth becomes dry after hours of examinations and can, frankly, stink. I did ask for a mint on the first day, but not due to drinking as you suggest. Incidentally, I recall you felt I did “awesome” at the end of your trial but before the jury found you guilty. Seems contradictory, no? Anyway, your side was told and you knowingly declined to testify as a result, which was the right call. You need to accept the jury’s verdict and move on.
