Charles Philip Guarino

A few weeks ago I wrote a not too nice comment about Mr. Guarino. I must say that in spite of my unhappiness in regard to my case, that I bluntly expressed, he was patient and constructive enough to come back to me and discuss how things could have beeen improved and how differently he could have act.... Well, I was very impressed by that and I must admit that I rushed too much in how I perceived him and his work. On top of that I met with several attorney who could possibly replace him. I couldn't find anybody better than him and that after all made me appreciate his work. So I decided to continue the case with him and to share here my change of opinion.

I found him here almost 3 years ago. Guarino had a passive attitude in representing me regardless of the fact that I was the plaintiff and not the defendant in the case. He is a poor listener, and had his own agenda in representing me. He showed lack of knowledge on a few key international aspects o...f the case. Throughout the case, he was more concerned in collecting his fees than rendering a decent effective service to me. He finally threaten to drop representing me because he claimed I was late in settling a relatively small payment. He is now not representing me any longer.
