Charity Forrest Esq. is the founding and principal owner of the Law Office of Charity Forrest, LLC. Originally from Arkansas, her life experiences have also taken her to Michigan, Florida, California, North Carolina, and Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Arkansas and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
During Law School, Charity became enamored with entertainment law and decided to continue her legal education in Los Angeles. She received her Masters of Law in Entertainment and Media Law at Southwestern Law School. While in school, she focused on a skill-centered curriculum, where she received top-notch negotiating and drafting training, specifically in music, television, and film law.
After stepping out on faith, Charity founded the law office of Charity Forrest, LLC, a virtual boutique law firm focusing on transactional law in entertainment, copyright, trademark, and small business. She desires to inspire her clients and share the knowledge to help them through their unique entrepreneurial journey.
