Chandra Eskender Kiamilev

Chandra E. Kiamilev is a seasoned litigator with 10 years of experience in California State and Federal Courts, as well as administrative bodies. He has successfully represented professionals, property owners, automobile manufacturers and dealers, healthcare organizations and businesses of all sizes, and achieved substantial victories in trials throughout Southern California. Mr. Kiamilev’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, employment law, insurance law and property disputes.

Mr. Kiamilev is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego where he double majored in Political Science and Economics, and minored in Latin American Studies. Mr. Kiamilev received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, Mr. Kiamilev clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office as well as for the Hon. Maxine Chesney of the Northern District of California. Prior to joining the Watkins Firm, Mr. Kiamilev worked for several large law firms in Los Angeles and San Diego.
