I hired Cedric on Upwork to draft some startup documents. When I received them (3 days later than promised) they were riddled with errors that proved he was either dangerously incompetent or was outsourcing my legal documents to a foreign virtual assistant with a low level of comprehension of the Eng...lish written word - let alone contracts. After sending him a long list of errors, misspellings and someone else’s name not even involved in my agreement, Cedric charged me TRIPLE the initial agreed upon cost to fix the errors his assistant made. Then blocked me when I inquired about the charges.
