Cecily Ruth Brewster

She got my child back from a monster, and has worked diligently to present my case to the judge. I instructed her to put my child first. She did, and now my child is safe, we have a 5-year restraining order, and he harasses Cecily and her office instead of me. He has worked to destroy the careers... of every person who has worked on this case: my first lawyer, all of the judges who have judged against him for the last 8 years (ALL of the judged ended up ruling for me because my ex is not successful at hiding his crazy). The ONLY reason I am posting this anonymously is because my child and I are being actively stalked. Thank you, Cecily, for protecting us, and for helping many judges see what was already there.

My case has left me in a jam due to what I hope a judge will determine is negliegent malpractice on the part of Ms. Brewster whos overconfidence created a trial versus a couple of hearings. Due to her errors at the end of my case I was lambasted by a judge for her errors that I now have to prove be...cause I took the blame for them which cost me my case. Ms. Brewster failed me greatly and has now left my future in limbo because she did do what she whould have done as an attorney. Even given the opportunity to reach out to tthe Court and explain how the judge made a judgment against me as a client based on her errors - she has thus far refused to do so. Please consider another lawyer. My future is totally grey now thanks to hiring Ms. Brewster as an attorney.

Ms. Brewster successfully and compassionately represented me in a difficult Civil Harassment case. The case was initiated in September 2009 and Ms. Brewster assisted in obtaining an extension for a TRO September 2009 (my family and I were continually harassed and stalked March 2009 - August 2009). ...The TRO expired February 2010 and the harassment resumed, escalating in June 2010. Ms. Brewster helped me obtain an immediate TRO and a permanent restraining order was granted in July 2010. She was thorough and efficient.
