I never take the time to write reviews so bare with me. My girlfriend referred me to Carli for a speeding ticket that I received in Craven county a while back. Several months later, I finally emailed with a looming license suspension and additional failure to appear. Within an hour of receiving my... email, Carli replied back and asked for a summary of the circumstances and two or three pieces of information. Two days later--literally--two days later, I got an email back letting me know the results and the status of my license. I anticipated decent results because my girlfriend referred me to her, but I appreciated the potential consequences of waiting until the last minute to handle my speeding ticket. I was shocked to find out that it cost close to a fifth of the costs I expected and it happened in a matter of two days. I won't beat a dead horse this, but that impressed me the most. I've had a harder time getting things accomplished at a fast food drive-thru window. I can't speak to how Carli handles other matters, but I will say if I ever need help again in New Bern--I'm using Carli.
