I am very much happy to write this feed back. Iam EB-1A applicat for Green card. In my experience I did not have any issues with the application process. Believe it or not I never called the to the office of Chen Immigration. All my emails were promptly replied in less than 24hrs. Some times the rep...ly is in the middle of the night. I live in EST timezone. My recommendation letters were all well formatted by the lawyer. For my I-485 I used do it yourself package and it was simple and easy to follow instructions. I got my I-140 reply in 3 months and then I took 1 month to apply for I-485. I am from India and after I applied for I-485 there was retrogression, I had to wait till october and attend an interview because of the new EB rules and my Green card was approved.

I obtained mine and my wife's Green Cards today. I am totally satisfied with Chen Immigration. There is not even one instance where I 'll have any complaint. It was a lot of hard work for Chen Immigration, but they did everything on time and with highest quality. I can't thank enough. I think Chen Im...migration is the best firm for filing Green Card applications in this whole wide world!

Going through Chen Immigration law firm was an excellent experience regarding each and every step such as I-140 reference letters, I-140 petition letter and visa related questionnaires with prompt answer.
