It has been an excellent experience to work with the North America Immigration Law Group. They used their knowledge, experience, and skills to select key information from my “summary of contribution” for I-140 and I-485. My attorneys (I-140 and I-485) integrated these pieces of information and drafte...d my petition. They, also, did a great job to highlight my findings and achievements in the recommendation letters with a technical language. All my recommenders signed the recommendation letters drafted by my attorney with almost no change. Attorneys have a broad knowledge and experience and they answered my question in a reasonable time. The result of their work, I-140 petition, was approved in less than 6 months without RFE. And I had a perfect I-485 interview as my application was filed without any fault. My attorney for I-485 is very familiar with Iranian applicants (e,g., he knows law and regulation pertain to serving in the army in Iran) and prepared my petition based on that.
