I am a lawyer and patent attorney based in Los Angeles with over ten years of experience in the practice of law. I am licensed in California and New York.
I have taken many disputes to conclusion by jury trial and mediation. I have been recognized as a NITA Advocate by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. (Click on the logo below to find out more.)
I have a BS in chemistry from The University of Winnipeg, a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in Toronto, and an MBA in economics from Schulich School of Business of York University. After completing my education, I clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal and then worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City.
In my spare time, Vance jogs, does Crossfit, travels, writes on matters involving technology and the law and otherwise enjoys life.
