My wife was terminated by her employer shortly before she was about to go on Maternity Leave. She was one of several pregnant women who were terminated at or around the same time. She was offered a very meager severance package, and we needed someone with subject matter expertise to review the facts ...and look at the merits of our case objectively. We sought an initial consultation from Rav's firm, and he made time to speak with us as quickly as possible. In fact, our initial phone call was on a Sunday night at 10pm. Rav was very patient, asked the right questions, and never made us feel rushed. We felt completely comfortable when speaking to him, and it was very clear to us at the outset that he had our best interests in mind. Even though the case was far from a slam dunk, he was going to advocate for his firm to take us on (which they agreed to do). This is critical - we spoke to a number of other attorneys who made it clear they were only interested if the stakes were high enough, and the facts good enough - basically, a surefire bet to a big payday. We never once felt this from Rav. While my wife was ultimately able to get her employer to agree to more favorable terms, were that not the case, we would have been very happy to have Rav represent us. He took the time to listen, help us analyze strengths and weaknesses, and actually cared about our case. It was evident from the very first conversation that he truly cares about his clients, and what is best for them. I worked with Ravdeep on a unique case where TSA, Airport Authorities and Law enforcement personnel stopped from boarding a flight and gave me a citation.
