If you are not sure or on the fence... please read.

I worked with Mike Walters for duration of about 2 years on my workers comp case. I initially hired him because the paperwork was becoming too much and after reading some sources online I thought having a professional help guide me through this process would be best. I am really glad I did. I live in... the Bay Area so it’s a good 2 ½ hour drive from Mr. Walter’s offices but I decided I wanted to work with the best even if it meant some distance. Mike was very straight forward and always honest. Throughout my case he was there to file the important paperwork, one of which was fighting for the surgery I would absolutely need. These stressful situations are always made better when you know you have someone in your corner. I never felt pressured to accept an offer or pursue something that I wasn’t comfortable with. Mike would continually remind me that this was my decision. He would absolutely provide his professional opinion (which was greatly appreciated) but never once did I feel like I should choose something I was not comfortable with. I went through a deposition as well as a MSC. Prior to both appointments Mike prepared me for. My case was settled through MSC. I felt supported through the whole process, which is extremely important and valuable when you are just trying to concentrate on healing and recovering from your injuries. Having gone through this process I’m very glad to have had Mike representing me. I spent a day in court watching other worker comp lawyers interacting with their clients, hearing them speak to them, (you really cannot help but do so when you are jam packed in a room). In that moment I realized how lucky and glad I was that Mike was representing me. Mike is a true professional in his work, presentation, and communication. It’s 100% worth mentioning that he was the best dressed in the room, I’m also pretty sure had the most expensive suit on there. All in all I would absolutely recommend Mike to someone looking for representation. This process is very involved and it is important to stay knowledgeable about your rights and be diligent on your end, but when you are facing a serious injury your only concern should be healing. I do not think I would have had the outcome I did if it weren’t for Michael Walters.

Service with compassion

Mike Walters did an excellent job representing me for a Workers Compensation claim. These types of cases can be grueling and emotional. Mike walked me through steps I needed to take before needing a lawyer, and was ready to accept my case when the time came to do so. Mike Walters gets the JOB DONE!

I am very thankful and appreciative for the services I received from Mike Walters. He walked me through the process before accepting my case. After Workers comp. tried to buy me off without helping me. I turned to Mr. Walters and my monetary benefits were restored(after claim adjuster advised me that... I was no longer going to receive those benefits).. I was lost and I didn't know what to do. I was just going to give up! ................After being injured, I could no longer walk, so I received two surgeries and I have finally resolved my case and I am walking again and enjoying life..........................
