Attorney Randall Heiler is a native of the Sacramento area and has been a member of the California State Bar Association since 1991.  Mr. Heiler graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1991, and received a degree from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 1988.

After working for several legal firms in Sacramento, Mr. Heiler opened his own practice in Roseville in 1997. Although he has worked in a number of legal fields from 1991 to 1997, Mr. Heiler’s practice is focused on estate planning and probate matters.

Being self-employed has given Mr. Heiler the flexibility to be a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and also to help coach youth baseball locally.

Working with Randy was great he explained every detail, having no idea what a process it was and the leagal knowledge needed to do this would have neve of happened for us with out his help. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone needing one done.

Awesome attorney!
Mr. Heiler is a top notch estate attorney. He has put together and done updates on trusts and wills for us, our parents, and several friends. We highly recommend him. He is personable, easy to talk to, answers all questions without legalese, explains all options, and gives great guidance. He makes a difficult process very easy. Best of all, when we have quick questions he gives us answers without a bill attached. That takes the concern away from calling him.

I dont know what you want ?
Mr Heiler listed to what I needed, than told me what he was going to. MR Heiler than told me what the cost would be, and what was included in the cost. I would highly recommend Mr Heiler.

Randall Heiler Trust Attorney
Randy had us meet with him twice to gather information before creating our family trust. We feel he was most thorough and professional as well as quick and reasonably priced. When we needed to make a couple of changes and also add a rental property a year or so later he did so without further charges or fees. We're very pleased with his services.

Great Person to hire.
Mr. Heiler will do the right thing for you putting your needs first. A very honest man as I have been using his service for 15 years now as changes in your will happen over time, you might sell your home, get a different vehicle as it needs to be updated from time to time. Throrough, Knowledgeable and efficient
Randall Steven Heiler helped my wife and I get our will and trust organized. I was very impressed with how thorough and professional he was. He even came out to our house to make it more convenient for my wife who is home with 6 kids right now under the age of 14. We are very happy with our experience with him.

A Trust with confidence
Mr Heiler prepared our Family Trust. He was patient, informative and thorough. The process can be confusing and stressful, but Mr Heiler's knowledge, thoughtfulness and guidance helped reduce the uncertainties of the process. As our circumstances periodically change, we have used his services for needed updates. He has always been prompt and accessible. Without a doubt, we will continue to rely on him to take care of our estate planning.

A Trustworthy Attorney w. Transparent Fees
I can't believe I found an attorney I can trust. I was referred to Randy from reputable people. I was escaping an attorney who didn't reveal his costs, overcharged for minimum tasks, and ommitted an important clause from my estate papers. As a widowed, elderly woman, who felt vulnerable, Randy is a blessing!
