Bruce L. Gisi

Very grateful for Bruce Gisi's service in helping me with a lawsuit filed in MN. (I am in Oklahoma.) This involved a debt incurred for services provided to my late husband. It was small potatoes for most law firms and not worth their time. For that reason, I'm grateful that he agreed to tackle it.... Things turned out very well - the case was dismissed. Some observations in working with Bruce: 1) He actually LISTENS to my goals and then HONORS them. 2) Bruce DILIGENTLY RESEARCHED the case law and details involving the debt. Because of that, he was able to persuade the opposing counsel that they were not on solid ground. 3) Bruce acted in my best interests, EXPEDITING the matter and being conscientious to avoid incurring unnecessary costs. 4) Bruce was COMPASSIONATE - understanding how emotionally difficult it was for me to dig up all of the information regarding my husband's fatal illness. 5) Bruce was a RESPECTFUL NEGOTIATOR. So much so that even the opposing counsel complimented his professionalism. He has a firm demeanor, but communicates effectively in advising the pros and cons of a situation. 6) He's smart! And, as a former HR exec, I've worked with a lot of attorneys, so have a good basis for comparison. I highly recommend Bruce, not only for his skill, but his integrity, too.

I hired the firm of the attorney to help in resolving a contract issue with a client with the possibility of going to litigation if necessary. The attorney was thorough in their due diligence in asking me all the relevant background questions needed to understand the basis of the dispute. They... prepared a complaint to be served and prior to submitting the complaint had me review and provide input. The papers were served to the client which got their attention. Ultimately we came to a negotiated settlement that I was satisfied with. During the whole process, the attorney and the supporting staff were courteous and responsive.

Bruce reviewed and provided feedback on a contract amendment for my business. He was very responsive to my requests and completed the work in a very timely manner. He was friendly, yet extremely professional and well-spoken. I have little knowledge of, or exposure to, legal matters yet Bruce was able... to simply explain the situation to me, helping me to easily understand the issues without making me feel stupid. :) Furthermore, based on his advice my issues were resolved in my favor and to my satisfaction. Bruce will be my first choice if I have need for legal help again. Thanks Bruce!!!

I worked with Bruce on a client's complicated breach of contract matter.
