Bruce Belenky

As an investor I look for creative ways to close a deal fast with maximum liability protection for my company. I hired Bruce on a referral and he has really done wonders for my investment strategy. From formation of anonymous LLC to hold my properties and other asset protection strategies I feel he h...as added tremendous value to my business and I highly recommend his services.

Working with Bruce was a terrible experience. First, though he told me I had a good case, he never achieved a settlement offer higher than I could have obtained on my own without his help. Further, when it became apparent that he was not going to be able to provide a good remedy, he gave up my case..., telling me that he would "not be practicing law for the foreseeable future". In the meantime, he also charged me an exorbitant fee for gathering up my documents and mailing them back to me (this fee was $95). He also indicated that he would find another attorney to take my case in his place. However, the attorney to which he referred me said that I didn't have a good case and I would have to spend a tremendous amount of money hiring experts to try to prove the issue. In conclusion, Bruce is incompetent, unethical, and untrustworthy. I would not recommend him in any way.
