I would do a mediation rather than arbitration. Others may disagree.

I agree, dating is not against the law but if it leads to sex then that can be a huge problem.

They can prefile thinking you would not answer but if entered, its easy to get a new trail but a pain to do.

Go back to VA where the judgment is. You need a lawyer. Look for an appellate lawyer.
