You will need a medical expert to say if the standard of care was breached. Cases such as this are expensive and damages need to be insane. Sorry...
I fell and broke my leg at Universal Studios due to overcrowding guests in the exit from a ride. I tripped over another guest.

"been a few years" raises all sorts of red flags. Get a legal consult Monday. PI lawyer give initial consults for free.

Get a copy of the real judgment. Do a debt validation letter to agency and compare. Fight it hard.

Yes, you ALWAYS fight tickets. Hire a traffic ticket /criminal lawyer depending on the charges.

Your best bet is to get a traffic ticket lawyer who is down there daily. There are quite a few that do nothing but that.
