Personally I would never allow garnishment. I would try to settle ti out once and for and with a release.

Its expensive to hire a lawyer. So look at it on a cost basis approach. Whats cheaper? Try to negotiate ti out but file an answer what ever you do....

There is no buyers remorse statute in Texas for buying a new car. You are on the hook unless you can get off.
