We needed assistance with a Family Trust, will and health care proxy. Brittiny was very receptive and assisted me with all of my questions. She explained to me in simple terms what steps it would take to create a Family Trust, etc. She made the journey very easy to deal with. Brittiny always had a... smile and comforting words to me when I was confused trying to attempt to complete the necessary paper work. She walked me through the process. My mother is elderly and has difficulties getting around. Brittiny came to her house with all of the paper work for Mom to sign. I never knew of a lawyer that would be so accommodating. She is exceptional and is extremely knowledgeable in the law. I would recommend her to anyone!

We called Brittany with some questions about my mom's trust. She asked very thoughtful questions and we ended the call understanding that we had some issues with the ownership/beneficiaries of some of her assets which required follow up. I am the trustee but live in VA so it is a little harder for ...me to keep up on all the details. My 80 year old mom was also nervous about coming to the office to sign papers given she wasn't exactly sure where the office was. It really made her feel comfortable that as she arrived Brittiny was waiting outside for her. Brittiny has been extremely helpful and responsive which made the process very simple for me. Plus my mom really liked her which was a big plus!
