Brian Matthew Moskowitz

Mr Moskowitz recently represented me. He was recommended by a friend and I am glad he was. He was fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He has a great demeanor and knows the law well. Charges were reasonable. He is very articulate and well respected in the court room. My divor...ce did become somewhat nasty and luckily I had him on my side. Hopefully, I won't have any need for him in the future, but if I do I would use him again. I recommend him to my friends in need of his services.

Brian is a breathe of fresh air in the attorney world. He's a very upfront, honest, and trustworthy attorney. The thing I like the best about him is he's upfront, right to the point. Most attorneys will just tell you want to hear, and not the reality of a situation. He's won multiple custody case...s for me. He's an aggressive, but a very respectful attorney in the court room which I think works well with the Magistrate. Brian prepared me for a very tough situation in my life that no one is ever prepared for. So as a father he made it easy for me to focus on my work and my two children as I trusted he would be fully prepared for each case. I only wish I found him earlier to handle the initial divorce. I have referred him to family and friends and he's done a great job with each of them as well. Thanks Again.

I will insist anyone I know who needs help with family law call Brian Moskowitz’ office immediately. I called Brian’s office in somewhat of a panic. My former spouse sprung divorce papers on me, which included a court date and motions involving our minor child, so I had to act fast. I call...ed many offices in the area, and even met with one other attorney, and no one else compared to Brian’s knowledge of divorce law and child custody. Also, he was able to quickly explain every important nuance of the documents sent to me. I’m the kind of person that asks a lot of questions too and he always gave a thorough answer. It’s also important to mention that he listened to what I wanted and always set direction that aligned with what I expressed in our meetings. I always left his office understanding our clear plan for how we were going to negotiate something fair for both sides. He always protected my best interest and, at the same time, was willing to work with the other side such that we were able to reach an uncontested divorce and a child custody arrangement that I am more than happy with. For such a life event I can’t emphasize how important it is to have a competent, honest ally and for this task I recommend Brian Moskowitz.

i hate doing these things and would not unless well deserved. Brian was wonderful in my divorce from beginning to end, and helped me get the most important thing to me, my daughter!
