After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in the Biological Sciences and receiving a J.D. from Drexel University, I began my legal career representing technology-based start-up businesses in a broad range of transactions, including the formation of various entity types, drafting of operating agreements and bylaws, and negotiating and drafting investment and manufacturing contracts. I also have experience in advising businesses on managing and building their intellectual property portfolio, which often involves the prosecution of trademark and patent applications.
