Brenda Joyce Newman

 Newman Law and Mediation was founded by Brenda J. Newman in 2017 after dedicating nearly 30 years of legal experience servicing corporate, private clients and insurance companies in the areas of commercial, construction, wrongful death, trucking and automobile personal injury litigation and products liability matters.  Ms. Newman graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989 and was licensed to practice law in the State of Florida in 1989.  Ms. Newman moved to Central Florida in 1990 and continued her representation of  both Plaintiffs and Defendants in litigation matters and helping parties resolve disputes before suit has been filed.       Ms. Newman is also licensed to practice in the U.S District Court for the Middle District of Florida (1990); U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1990); U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (1993); and U.S. Supreme Court (1993).  She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
