Brenda Greene is the worst attorney I have ever experienced. I have lived in the area my whole life and she shouldn’t be allowed to practice in my opinion. I watched her botch a friend”s divorce and it wasn’t even contested. She is just incompetent and her poor staff has to cover for her stupidity ...on a regular basis. One person can’t lose the paperwork every step of the way. The court was BAFFLED by her unprofessional behavior. An uncontested divorce shouldn’t take almost two years to finalize. She is in the wrong profession. The partners at her firm are fantastic. She isn’t!! You would have been guidance and action from a paralegal. Don’t use her.

I had a horrible time getting in touch with Ms. Greene once I gave my $3,000 retainer. I almost felt like she got my money and wasn't going to do anything, after calling a raising my concerns, I was finally able to get in touch with her only to determine the things i expressed concern for were twiste...d to the opposing attorney to make things even more convoluted. A court date had been set and it was just a few days after the pre-trial that the children's father came to an agreement and wanted to proceed through mediation. I went to Ms. Greene to inform her NOT to proceed with the discovery questions because a Mediation date was set and we had come to an agreement, Ms. Greene still took the time to draft up the discovery question (which not one question truly pertained to the case) - and charged me for it in addition to the extra fees of courts and mailings and emails. Essentially Ms. Greene did nothing for me yet I only got back $100.
