A native of South Texas, Brandy Neill White was born and grew up on the Texas coast. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, American Jurisprudence from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Legal Fraternity, Alpha Iota Honor Society, and was the recipient of their Alpha Iota Distinguished Jurist Award.
Brandy earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. She is licensed to practice in Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and all Federal courts.
Before Brandy’s Marine husband entered active duty, she advocated for and advised hundreds of individual and corporate clients in a broad range of legal issues for more than five years in South Texas.
After joining her husband at his duty station in Northern Virginia, Brandy finalized a large Texas real property acquisition project for international clients and accomplished performance and management of extensive discovery projects - the last of which arose from a federal takings case involving review, organization, and designation of well over 100,000 client documents.
Upon conclusion of the massive discovery project, Brandy began volunteering her time and talents to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) - initially as a Client Services Assistant, but she rapidly advanced to Caseworker.
While assisting and advising Service Members with urgent financial needs at NMCRS, Brandy discovered her deep-seated passion to assist Service Members in an area other than financial emergencies and utilizing more than her NMCRS training.
In addition to her volunteer work at NMCRS, Brandy began volunteering with the Navy Disability Attorney Program to maximize her legal education/knowledge, experience, and skills to help wounded, ill, and injured Service Members.
Since then Brandy has helped innumerable Service Members and Veterans navigate the Integrated Disability Evaluation System, through Medical and Physical Evaluation Boards as well as Veterans Administration rebuttals, and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) disability compensation appeals. As an accredited VA Attorney, she dedicates her practice to ensuring Service Members and Veterans understand their rights and responsibilities, advising and assisting Service Members and Veterans throughout the arduous processes, and advocating for accurate disability ratings and designations.
