Mr. Pierce is a Civil attorrney serving the state of NJ. He started his career as a judical intern in law school learning the inner workings of the court system. Later Mr. Pierce would join a boutique medical malpractice defense firm reprsenting doctors in malpractice lawsuits. This allowed Mr. Pierce to understand defense tactics and strategies. Currently he represents Plaintiffs who have been injured by their healthcare providers negligence. He represents those injured in car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful deaths, product liabilit, construction accidents.
He also practices wills, trust and estates, real estate, business litigation, municipal court and criminal defense. He is a member of the medical malpractice commitee, Hudson county bar association and New Jersey State Bar. He is passionate about the law and is dedicated no to providing competent legal representation to his clients.
