Stands against Corruption

I currently have Mr. Pollack representing me in a Federal Fraud Against Taxpayers Lawsuit. Prince V. Virginia Resources Authority CV 5:13-00045. Mr. Pollack was the only lawyer that I could get in the State of Virginia to represent me and he is doing an outstanding job. This should have been an op...en and closed case but is politically charged. Let me explain: In Shenandoah County, the local government failed to go to the people to vote on debt when they purchased the Local Social Services Building, Courthouse and local Government building so I started researching why. They entered into a lease purchase agreement with the VRA which funded the projects by issuing bonds and had the facilities built. The law authorizing the "lease purchase"; Virginia Code 15.2-1816 was not instituted until July 2011, years after after the building was complete, therefore the bonds were issued illegally. This unconstitutional law enables the local Virginia governments to implement any project without the citizens approval thereby stripping their Constitutional right to vote on debt given by Article VII, Section 10(b). They get to finance the bonds at twice the interest rate of a General Obligation Bond thereby costing you the taxpayer many millions of extra dollars. Local governments operate under the Dillon Rule and must have the power given to them by the Code or Constitution which it did not have prior to 2011. Furthermore local governments are not given the power (by code or constitution) to enter into moral obligations which are the financial underlayment for these bonds and finally the VRA is restricted by the Virginia Constitution Article X, Section 10 from assuming the debt of local governments and is restricted to industrial projects of which these are not. The projects are considered capital improvement projects which is so stated in the contracts. This is the only man that would stand for our rights and actually understands the concepts presented when the others (lawyers) are afraid to fight the establishment. I would want Brad in my corner any day and so should you. Major Mark W. Prince Why would a judge take advantage of a mentally handicapped person? Money! Read the newspaper stories and make up your own mind why a judge would want him removed and not the minimalist approach of this Web Site Review.

"Brad knows his way around the courthouse. When I had a case in a courthouse where he regularly appears, I asked a colleague nearby whose brain to pick, and he recommended Brad. Brad gave me an on-the-money view of my case's prospects and possibilities in that courthouse, which was worth a lot. I recommend his services."

Public Reprimand issued in VA, 2009

updated on 04/09/2013

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Bradley’s comment:

“Not based on a client complaint. Pollack reprimanded for challenging sometime member of local Bar disciplinary committee for member's role in disciplining another attorney, who had been member's attorney.”

Bradley’s comment:

“This suspension was not based on any client complaints whatsoever. Suspension was for Pollack suing judge for taking interstate farm from mentally disabled brothers, for aggressive representation of criminal defendants, and for filing some accountings late (with permission). At the time, Pollack was also suing Governor and corrupt landfill owned by President Bush's favorite brother. Bar said Pollack had to have his wings clipped.”
