I always inform clients of potential costs and the difficulty of forecasting family law case outcomes. Family Law cases are inherently difficult and emotionally draining and these issues can be exacerbated by how a particular case plays out. When cases start to change and head toward a more expensive variety than the case was initially I make new expenses and costs very clear to clients. At all times this client was represented excellently and the outcome of the case fell directly in line with what the client requested. Costs were very low for the amount of work needed and I attempted to accommodate the fact the scope of the case becoming larger by attempting to set up a very generous payment plan.
