Bolaji Okunnu

I am an attorney in private practice in New York concentrating in entertainment, corporate and intellectual property law handling transactional matters. The transactional work focuses primarily on structuring and negotiating complex music, film, television and internet business deals; Trademark filings; Limited Liability Company and Corporate formation. I also advise clients on entertainment branding and marketing strategy.

As a young attorney, my clients have included recording labels, management companies, recording artists, songwriters record producers, independent record labels photographers and models, small business owners, clothing and fashion designers and fine artists.

I have represented my clients in contract disputes (terminations), negotiations and business entity formation. I am currently working with several high profile clients on copyrights and trademark applications. 

I have negotiated deals for many music superstars and other prominent singers, musicians, rappers and songwriters. I have also represented personal managers and record producers.

I plan on authoring numerous articles for legal and trade publications and Journals. As well as speaking on panels, lectures and seminars throughout the country on current entertainment business issues as the related to new technology and the internet.
