Blake Daniel Allred

I hired Blake to represent me in a family case. He seemed great at first. As soon as he got my retainer, he became unresponsive, never filed documents on my behalf, lied about filing the documents (which had a file by date or risk default judgement), never contacted the other attorney, never presente...d my case to the judge and generally did nothing hired to do. After 2 weeks of no response to my calls, texts and emails, I terminated him and asked for my retainer back...still no response. I will be filing an official grievance with the state and he's actually liable for malpractice at this point. Save yourself the headache, hassle and possible default judgments and find a different lawyer.

I was very disappointed in the service I received or didn't receive, from Blake Allred. He seemed like a great choice in our consultation. We agreed to move forward, but after I made my first payment, he no longer responded to any communication. He has since not responded about me terminating him or ...requesting a refund either. This situation delayed my case action and funds, and has really hurt my family.
