Ms. Kirk earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2014, during which she served as an Associate Editor in Chief for the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal and externed for the Honorable Judge Marlin J. Applewick (WA State Court of Appeal, Div. I). She has practiced civil litigation in a wide range of private and governmental settings and topic areas. She is licensed to practice law in both Idaho and Washington State.
Prior to law school, Ms. Kirk attended Seattle University, where she graduated magna cum laude with B.A. in Political Science, specializing in Legal Studies and University Honors.
To relax, Ms. Kirk enjoys playing piano, hiking in the great outdoors, and hiding from the great outdoors with a good book.
