It is unfortunate at anytime to have to enter into a lawsuit, especially personal injury. We felt lost and were dealing with so many factors including hospital stays, surgeries, recovery and trying to uncover some kind of normalcy in our day to day lives. The last thing we wanted to figure through ...was our lawsuit and where to even begin. Through a legal acquaintance, we found ourselves sitting in front of Benjeman Nichols through his recommended lawfirm.
