I've had a wide-ranging practice, so I can provide a good overview of your legal situation no matter what is facing you. A lot of my work has been litigation and transactional matters for both individuals and small businesses. I don't mind taking on the big firms. I've done both civil and criminal appeals and practiced in both California federal and state courts. I've done family law, a lot of bankruptcy work (especially difficult matters, such as adversary litigation), civil litigation, some criminal representation. Years ago, an early client and I launched an (ill-fated) record label! I've mostly been in "solo practice", so I've seen it all. I've also been "house counsel" for business interests and primary appearance counsel for a high-volume bankruptcy firm.
Right now, I'm only working a few things, either referrals from other lawyers or from family -- and the occasional "interesting" case.
