In simple terms, I stand up for the little guy by standing up to the government and the big corporations that want to mess you over.  

I am sick and tired of seeing so many people being run over by our own government and by businesses that take advantage of others.  

We all assume our government will do the right thing when we follow the rules.  My years of experience tells a different story - I recently had the Social Security Administrtion deny an applicaiton for disability benefits by saying my client (who passed away after applying) did not have conditions severe enough to keep her from working.  They kindly invited the deceased woman to contact the Social Security Administration if her condition worsens.  

I have fought against businesses, banks, debt buyers, and debt collectors who have taken advantage of, and abused or harassed my clients.  I help with Social Security Applicatons, Reconsideration Requests, Appeals, ALJ Hearings, Appeals Council Appeals, and Federal Court lawsuits against the Social Security Administration.  

I sue debt buyers, banks, debt collectors, and law firms that break the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Michigan Occupational Code, the Michigan Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as well as using other areas of law to fight back for my clients.
