I recently went through a divorce. During this divorce I was willing to concede on all matters except one. About a month into it my wife and I were looking to have a consent decree drawn up. This guy doesn't care about your family no matter how much he says that he does. His wife Terri is unprofessional, rude and just a disgusting person. He also likes to point out his military credentials but failed to recognize the new laws that pertain to military retirement for spouses. Once my lawyer called him out on it, he suggested one of his buddies to us for the calculations of the allotment. Be cautious and expect erroneous billing if there are any funds remaining in the retainer.

When my ex-wife and I divorced we decided to split everything 50/50, time with our children and also all their bills. After five years of this working fine, she took me to court to try and relocate to another state where her new husband was from. There was no real change to our parenting time and I still get to be with my daughters half the time. I can't say enough good things about not only Mike but also his staff, Carissa and Teri. All of them are very professional. They always kept me well-informed and updated me right away on any changes. There was no comparing the two attorneys that day in court.
