A child's attorney who, frankly, should not be allowed anywhere within miles of a child. She is not astute and has very poor instincts, but I would go further. She poses a danger as an instrument in deciding children's fate, with her stubborn lack of understanding or any curiosity about the complex r...ealities that make up easily 90% of child custody/family court battles: personality disorder, undue influence, coercive control, parental alienation, domestic abuse, and weaponizing children, the courts and children's attorneys in a campaign of abuse by proxy. In addition to a lack of any insight or interest about these subjects, she seems to go into a case with a predetermined agenda, with extremely strong views from the very start. In my case she deliberately ignored ample evidence placed in front of her and any information that may have contradicted the position she decided to aggressively pursue. No matter that this meant prolonging the case indefinitely and unnecessarily, and putting ever more burden on a child. She is no fan of facilitating conclusions. She is self important and appears to revel in her own (perhaps imagined) starring role in a custody case. Her manner is odd and not altogether professional: she is high handed, and unwavering in her convictions, but also paranoid w. very thin skin; she has a tendency to take things personally and react inappropriately and very defensively during dealings with other parties and attorneys in a case. It is quite possible she may even have a character disturbance of her own; I cannot say, but it is truly difficult to explain her combination of poor judgment and poor demeanor. Which can re-traumatize traumatized parents and place children in extremely compromised situations. I truly fear for kids whose fates will be influenced by this person. As we well know, the consequences can be dire, in some tragic cases fatal, when family courts fail. I also feel for parents whose trauma may be compounded by her manner and choices. Ms. Love may well have talents elsewhere, but as a child lawyer w influence over custody cases, she is a prime example of what is utterly broken about our family court system.
